SRL-03 Intercom Base Cover for Neotec 3 / GT-Air 3 / J-Cruise 3

The SRL-03 Intercom Base Cover is a genuine replacement part for the Shoei NEOTEC3, J-Cruise3, and GT-Air3 helmets. It covers the SRL-03 intercom mounting base when the intercom unit is not installed, protecting the mounting area from dirt and debris while maintaining a neat, flush helmet appearance. Ideal for replacing a missing or damaged cover, it ensures the helmet looks as intended.

All UK orders are dispatched from our warehouse using DPD tracked delivery, Monday to Friday.

 

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a DPD tracking notification once dispatched.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you need to return an item, here's everything you need to know.

UK returns

We offer a full refund on all items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition with tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by the completed returns form enclosed in your parcel

To start a return, use our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid returns label. A shipping fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund for non-faulty returns.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@shoeiuk.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as quickly as possible.

If returned items are found to be damaged due to customer misuse, you may be liable for the cost of repair and return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return. Please note:

• Original postage charges are non-refundable
• For orders that qualified for free delivery, the equivalent postage cost (£5.50) will be deducted from your refund
