Five steps, from picking a lid to riding away in one you actually know fits.

Step 1: Find your true size

Before anything else, we size you using our PFS fitting system, so the helmet you demo is the size you'd actually buy. We then fit it with the PFS test pads, so the demo reflects the real fit rather than an off-the-shelf approximation.

Step 2: Sign the demo agreement

We'll ask to hold your driving licence for the duration of the demo, and you'll sign a short Helmet Test Contract with us covering the loan. You'll get your own copy to initial and sign, and you'll add your bank details as agreement to the helmet's replacement cost if it isn't returned.

Step 3: A small refundable charge

Once you've signed, we take a refundable £0.02 verification charge against the card on file. It's returned when the helmet comes back, or deducted from the price if you decide to buy.

Step 4: Take it out for an hour

Your demo slot is one hour, enough for a proper ride, not just a lap of the car park. Need longer? Ask in-store, a manager can extend it.

Step 5: Return it, or make it yours

Bring it back and we'll refund your £0.02 charge and hand back your licence, no questions. Decide to buy instead, and we'll do a full PFS fitting on your new helmet and redeem the charge against the price.
