Description

Replacement centre pad for the J·O2 helmet, designed to restore comfort, fit, and hygiene. Ideal for replacing worn interior padding after prolonged use, or for adjusting the fit at the top of the head using different pad thicknesses. Swappable pads allow you to fine-tune the helmet’s internal fit for a comfortable and secure ride.

All UK orders are dispatched from our warehouse using DPD tracked delivery, Monday to Friday.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you need to return an item, here's everything you need to know.

UK returns

We offer a full refund on all items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the completed returns form enclosed in your parcel

To start a return, use our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid returns label. A shipping fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund for non-faulty returns.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@shoeiuk.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as quickly as possible.

If returned items are found to be damaged due to customer misuse, you may be liable for the cost of repair and return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return. Please note:

  • Original postage charges are non-refundable
  • For orders that qualified for free delivery, the equivalent postage cost (£5.50) will be deducted from your refund
