With a photochromic visor you are well-prepared for all light situations.

The visor tint adapts dynamically to changing light conditions.

The visor of your helmet protects you against many, what comes up to you whilst motorcycling, like wind, rain, insects or dust. Careful maintenance prolongs its usage period.

If your visor is dirty, clean it carefully, as explained in the manual of your helmet or visor. If it is scratched or damaged, you should replace it as soon as possible, to avoid dangerous situations or an accident.

A PINLOCK EVO mist-retardant lens can be retrofitted in all current full-face helmet visors from SHOEI. This provides you with a clear view in a major part of the field of vision, even in difficult weather conditions.

Only use visors suitable for your helmet model from the SHOEI spare parts range.
SHOEI's quick-change mechanism allows the visor to be removed and installed in seconds.

A manual with explanations for assembly and maintenance comes included with the visor.

All UK orders are dispatched from our warehouse using DPD tracked delivery, Monday to Friday.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you need to return an item, here's everything you need to know.

UK returns

We offer a full refund on all items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the completed returns form enclosed in your parcel

To start a return, use our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid returns label. A shipping fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund for non-faulty returns.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@shoeiuk.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as quickly as possible.

If returned items are found to be damaged due to customer misuse, you may be liable for the cost of repair and return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return. Please note:

  • Original postage charges are non-refundable
  • For orders that qualified for free delivery, the equivalent postage cost (£5.50) will be deducted from your refund
