100K Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of the SHOEI Helmets UK 100K Instagram Giveaway (“the Promotion”) is Feridax (1957) Ltd, Park Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 2NT, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of age, identity, and UK residency before awarding the prize.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The Promotion opens on 18/09/2026.
3.2 Entries must be received no later than 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the prize draw.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4.2 To enter, participants must visit the promotional webpage, complete all required fields and answer the entry question before the closing date.
4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.4 Incomplete, illegible, automated, bulk, third-party or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
4.5 Internet access and a valid email address are required.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one prize available.
5.2 The winner will receive one standard production SHOEI helmet of their choice from the current SHOEI UK range, subject to model, size, colour, graphic and stock availability.
5.3 Limited-edition, custom-painted, hand-painted, signed, prototype, discontinued, race-team or special-order helmets are excluded from the Promotion.
5.4 Accessories, visors, communications systems, Personal Fitting System services and any other additional products or services are not included unless expressly agreed by the Promoter.
5.5 The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another product or credit.
5.6 If the winner's preferred helmet is unavailable, the Promoter will work with the winner to select another available SHOEI helmet from the eligible range.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received before the closing date.
6.2 The draw will take place on 1 October 2026 using a verifiably random selection process.
6.3 The Promoter's decision regarding the validity of entries and administration of the Promotion is final.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry on 1 October 2026.
7.2 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
7.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange the prize.
7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
8. Prize Fulfilment
8.1 Once the winner has confirmed their preferred eligible SHOEI helmet, size and delivery details, the Promoter will arrange delivery subject to availability.
8.2 The prize will normally be supplied within 30 days of the winner confirming their details and helmet choice.
8.3 Delivery will be made to a valid UK address only.
9. Winner Information
9.1 The Promoter must be able to demonstrate that a valid prize has been awarded.
9.2 The winner's surname and county may therefore be made available on request following completion of the Promotion.
9.3 Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting the Promoter.
9.4 Where an objection is received, the Promoter may still be required to provide the winner's details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
10. Personal Data
10.1 Personal information submitted as part of the Promotion will be used to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
10.2 Entry into the Promotion does not require entrants to consent to receiving marketing communications.
10.3 Where an entrant separately chooses to opt in to marketing communications, their details may also be used to send SHOEI UK news, product information, promotions, competitions, events and offers.
10.4 Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe option contained within marketing emails.
10.5 Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's applicable Privacy Policy.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached or that fraudulent or otherwise improper conduct has taken place.
11.2 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or not received due to technical problems outside its reasonable control.
11.3 If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion, provided that any changes are made fairly and do not cause unnecessary disadvantage to participants.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Instagram
The Promotion is organised and administered by the Promoter.
Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or the awarding of the prize.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where an entrant is entitled to the protection of the mandatory laws applicable in another part of the United Kingdom.
